Refund and Returns Policy

We at MANNA wish you to buy our products with full satisfaction and make re-purchases as well from www.mannagroupintl.com or from any authorized pharmacy outlet.

Due to hygienic and consumable nature, the supplement products are non-returnable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, if at all if it has happened, we will provide you a full refund or replacement of same product as applicable. 

After we receive complaint from you, we may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

In any case you have to intimate us with proof of purchase within 15 days from the purchase date for a return / refund / replacement of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges.

Returns –

  1. Products are returnable only if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged or defective. You have to inform us within 15 days of date of purchase of products.
  • Return will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in unused original condition.
    • The return request is supported by receipt or proof of purchase

Replacement-

  1. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same product is available in stock.
  • If the replacement request is placed and the same product’s stock is not available then a refund will be provided.

Refunds-

  1. Refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. You will receive the credit within 15 days (number of days may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies).
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.
  •  You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

Shipping-

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • You should call our Customer Service Department within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase unless you received a product that was damaged or defective.
